Job Description
The Sr. Executive HR will be responsible for managing and executing HR payroll, operations, and compliance functions within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of attendance and leaves.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, performance evaluations, and training records. And ensure proper documentation of HR-related processes.
- Responding to HR related queries from employees and other stakeholders of Group Companies.
- Assist in compiling data and information for HR audits, and compliance reviews.
- Assist in the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with finance and accounts departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports, statements, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality of HR records and sensitive information.
- To assist in Administration works and to maintain and keep records.
